We love that enthusiasm! To ensure the quality and integrity of our creations, all Nibbleez boards and platters are prepared fresh in our Private Kitchen.


  • Standard Orders: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
  • Larger Orders & Events: We require at least 14 days' notice to ensure we can properly prepare for your celebration.
  • Holidays & Featured Creations: These sell out fast! Please pre-book well in advance so you don't miss out on our seasonal specials.
  • Need a last-minute fix? It never hurts to ask! If we have a cancellation or a sudden opening, we may be able to fit you in. Please reach out and we will do our absolute best to help!

We would love to! Nibbleez is quickly becoming a favorite for large-scale celebrations, and we thrive on bringing your vision to life. From elegant weddings and milestone birthdays to Corporate Luncheons, Boardroom Meetings, and Team-Building Events, we are here to make it unforgettable.

Booking & Cancellation for Large Events


To ensure we can dedicate the necessary time and resources to your celebration, the following terms apply to all Large Party Orders, Weddings, Corporate Events, and Venues:


  • Securing Your Date: A 25% Non-refundable Deposit is required upfront to secure your event date and time on our calendar.
  • Lead Time: We require a minimum of 14 days' notice for all large event bookings.
  • Cancellations: Because of the extensive planning and specialized sourcing involved, Large Party and Wedding orders are non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the event.
  • Contract: A specialized Cancellation Terms & Conditions contract MUST BE SIGNED to finalize all Large Venue and Wedding bookings.

  • Accepted Methods: E-transfer, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Visa/Mastercard Debit.
    Payment Policy: To officially secure your date and time on our kitchen calendar, all payments must be paid in FULL on the date of your order.
  • Non-Payment Policy: We reserve the right to cancel any order for non-payment if the balance is not settled at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery date.
  • NOTE: We do not accept PayPal at this time.


What if I need to cancel my Nibbleez Order Last Minute?  

 

We understand that life happens! We strive to be as accommodating as possible while protecting the integrity of our fresh-sourced ingredients. The following applies to orders for up to 20 people:


  • 8+ Days Notice: Full Refund.
  • 7 Days Notice: We will gladly work with you to move your order to a new date or issue an "in-house" credit for a future Nibbleez order.
  • Less than 7 Days (168 Hours) Notice: No credit or refund can be issued.  Why we have this policy:  To ensure the highest quality, our specialized meats, artisan cheeses, and gourmet accompaniments are sourced specifically for your order date. Once we are within the 7-day window, these items have been committed to and purchased, and we are unable to return or repurpose them. 


⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: Any order that includes Sandwiches, Wraps, or extensive Fresh Fruit/Veggie Platters—regardless of the guest count—falls under our Large Party & Event Policy. Because these ingredients are highly perishable and sourced specifically for your date, these orders are non-refundable within 14 days of the event.


Do you Offer a Menu?  At Nibbleez, no two creations are exactly alike! 


We believe in Quality & Freshness, which is why our boards and platters are uniquely curated using Seasonal Fruits & Vegetables, Artisan Cheeses, Premium Cured Meats, and Gourmet Treats.


Can I request substitutions? Absolutely! We realize that everyone’s palate is different. If you have a strong dislike for a certain item, please let us know during the booking process. We can certainly substitute that item with something of a similar style to ensure you love every bite!


We love creating for Girls' Getaways, Bachelorettes, Family Weekends, and romantic Date Nights in Niagara!

  • Delivery Locations: We deliver to Hotels and Park Venues across the Niagara Region.
  • Safety Protocol: To ensure the safety of our drivers, we require that you meet us in the Hotel Lobby to receive your order, or make arrangements for hotel staff to accept the delivery for you.
  • Planning a picnic? Let us know! We can coordinate a delivery to your favorite park venue so your Nibbleez are fresh and ready when you arrive.


Unfortunately, no. We cannot accommodate specific allergy requests.


IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ:  

Our kitchen is not a nut-free or allergen-free environment. Nibbleez creations are prepared in a space where cross-contamination may occur with peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soy, wheat, gluten, dairy, mustard, and sulphites.


Our Policy:

  • No Guarantees: We will not 100% guarantee any allergy-free creations.
  • Liability: Nibbleez will not be held responsible or liable for any allergic reactions or medical results should our products be consumed or handled by individuals with sensitivities.
  • Client Responsibility: The client bears all risk and responsibility. It is the onus of the client to ensure they are mindful of the risks associated with ordering from a non-allergen-free kitchen where cross-contamination is possible.


Yes, please! Nibbleez creations are uniquely curated on the very same day as your gift, party, or event to ensure the utmost quality and freshness.


  • Keep it Chilled: If you aren't digging in immediately, please place your Nibbleez creation in the refrigerator until you are ready to enjoy it.
  • Planning Ahead? If you plan to enjoy your creation several hours after pickup/delivery or even the next day, please let us know! This allows us to package your items accordingly (such as keeping crackers separate to stay crunchy) so everything stays perfect.
  • Pro-Tip for the Best Flavor: For the ultimate tasting experience, we recommend removing your board from the fridge about 15–30 minutes before serving. This allows the artisan cheeses to reach room temperature, fully releasing their flavors and textures!


Definitely! We want everyone to be able to enjoy the Nibbleez experience. Let’s chat—we are happy to go over various options to suit your dietary preferences.


  • No Compromise on Style: Rest assured, choosing a dietary-sensitive option will never compromise the beauty of our creations. You will still be in awe of the presentation!
  • Local & Fresh: We source locally whenever possible to accommodate your requests with the highest quality ingredients.
  • Gluten-Free Sensitivity: For those with a gluten sensitivity (non-Celiac), we can include specialized items such as gluten-free crackers, nuts, and dips.


Important Notes:

  • Safety First: Please be aware that we do not have a dedicated Gluten-Free kitchen and are not a Celiac-approved facility. Because we handle various ingredients in our workspace, cross-contamination may occur.
  • Pricing: Please note that additional costs ($) will apply for specialized dietary substitutions.


What if I dislike a specific meat, cheese, or item? Can I request substitutions?


Absolutely! We realize that everyone’s palate is different and what one person loves, another might want to skip. If you have a strong dislike for a certain item, please let us know during the booking process—we are happy to help.


We can certainly substitute that item with something of a similar style (e.g., swapping a specific cheese, meat, dip, or accoutrement) to ensure you love every bite of your Nibbleez creation. Our goal is to make sure your board is exactly to your taste!


We know how much planning goes into your events, and we realize that a sudden change isn't your fault. While we never expect to miss a celebration, we are a human-run, artisan business. In the rare event of a severe illness or personal emergency that prevents us from fulfilling your order:


  • Immediate Communication: We will contact you as soon as possible via phone and email.
  • 100% Refund: You will receive a full refund of all payments made (including deposits) processed immediately.
  • The Extra Mile: We value your celebration! If time allows, we will do our absolute best to connect you with one of our trusted local industry colleagues to help ensure your event still has a beautiful spread.
