Our Nibbleez Boards and Platters are Uniquely Created to ensure Quality & Freshness with Seasonal Fruit, Vegetables, Artisan Cheese, Cured Meats and Beautifully displayed with Delicious Treats.
If you have a dietary restriction, please let us know we will try our best to accommodate your request. Since we do outsource some of our products, we can't fully guarantee any food allergies.
Unfortunately, NO we do not.
Our kitchen is NOT Nut or ALLERGEN-FREE and Nibbleez creations are not produced in an Allergen-free environment. The ingredients may be cross-contaminated with peanuts, treenuts, sesame, soy, wheat, gluten, dairy, mustard and sulphites. It is your responsibility to let us know of any allergens.

NIBBLEEZ WILL NOT be held responsible/liable for any allergy restrictions/reactions/severe results if/when products are touched/consumed.
The client bears full risk/responsibility and the onus is on "the client" to ensure they are mindful of the risk they are taking ordering with Nibbleez in a non allergen free kitchen & possible cross contamination that could occur.**
We wish we could create for everyone. Unfortunately, we WILL NOT be fulfilling Allergy restricted orders.

This will not compromise the Beauty of our Creations and you will be in awe of our presentation! We source locally and can hopefully accommodate your requests.
Gluten Free Sensitivity Options will have items like; crackers, nuts, dips with the Celiac Seal of Approval, most of the Cheese/Meat we include are also GF. We are happy to accommodate a Gluten Free request but please be aware we DO NOT have a Gluten Free kitchen and cross contamination may occur.

100% - We are fully inspected by Niagara Region Public Health Department, as well as carry the Food Safety Handler Certifications and adhere to all measures put in place with Health and Safety Policies.
We realize that your tastes are not going to be the same as the next person. If you have a strong dislike for a certain item, please let us know we will be happy to help.
We can certainly try to substitute that item and replace it with the same style ie. cheese, meat, dip or accoutrement.
Absolutely!! We offer Curbside Pickup locally in St. Catharines where we bring your order out to your Car at Nibbleez Home-based Kitchen in St. Catharines.
We service the following cities; St. Catharines, Thorold, Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, Fenwick, Fonthill, Welland, Stevensville, Vineland, Beamsville, Grimsby, Stoney Creek, Fort Erie, Ridgeway.

Since Nibbleez Boards and Platters are created fresh, we do ask for 48 hours notice for orders to ensure quality and integrity of our product.
If we do have a last minute opening or cancellation we may be able to fit you in, so please do inquire and we will see what we can do to help.

NOTE: We require 14 days notice for larger orders.
We love creating for Girls Getaways, Bachelorettes, Family Weekends, Date Night in Niagara!
We will work with you to Deliver to your Hotel or Park Venue in the Niagara Region.
To ensure the Safety of our Drivers, we require that you meet in the Lobby area for your Nibbleez Order Delivery or make arrangements for a Hotel Staff Member to bring to your room.
Nibbleez creations are made the day of your gift, party or event to ensure the utmost Quality and Freshness.
If you plan to enjoy your Creation hours after pickup, delivery or the next day, please let us know so that we can package your Nibbleez accordingly and yes please refridgerate, until you are ready to enjoy.
We get understand that Life Happens, and you should not have to worry about another added stress. We are extremely accommodating and will work with you to rebook your order if canceled 72hours prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery.
Cancellation Policy:
*A refund will be issued if you Cancel more then 8 Days prior to your event/order.
*A credit will remain in house if you Cancel 7Days-72hrs before your scheduled order.
*If you cancel less then 72hrs prior to your order, NO credit or refund will be issued.
Depending on the size of your order we require a Non-refundable deposit paid upfront in the amount of $50.00 - $250.00 to secure your order date and time.
Please Note:
A specialized Cancellation Terms & Conditions contract MUST BE SIGNED and will apply to Large Party Orders, Weddings and Venues.
Please contact us with full details of your event or party including, date, time, number of people and of course your vision, note any allergy restrictions if applicable. We would be happy to chat with you, hopefully Nibbleez is a fit for your event.

We accept Etransfer, Visa, MC, AMEX and Visa/MC Debit.
All payments MUST be paid in FULL on Date of Order to secure your time and date.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for NON-PAYMENT up to 72hrs of pickup order date.
NOTE: We do not accept Paypal*
Yes, Nibbleez holds a valid Commercial Liability insurance policy to protect our clients and the Nibbleez team.
