We believe in your safety above all else. Because our artisan creations are handcrafted in a multi-ingredient facility, it is imperative that clients read and understand the following legal disclaimers before purchasing or consuming any product.
Facility Disclosure & Cross-Contamination Risk
All products are prepared and packaged in our Private Artisan Kitchen. Please be advised that while this is a private workspace, it is not an allergen-free environment. While we adhere to strict professional standards to minimize cross-contact, our kitchen handles a wide variety of ingredients. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that any product is free from potential allergens, as ingredients or tools may have come into contact with them during the production process.
Common Allergens & Ingredients
Our products utilize a wide variety of ingredients. While the following are the most common allergens present in our kitchen, this is not a complete or exhaustive list, and our products may contain or come into contact with these and other potential allergens:

Disclosing Allergies
It is the client's responsibility to disclose any and all specific allergies during the order process. While we will make every effort to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee that any item will be free of cross-contamination.
Absolute Release of Liability
The owners and employees of this establishment bear no responsibility and shall not be held legally or financially liable for any adverse reactions, injury, or medical issues arising from food allergy exposure or sensitivities. The client assumes full responsibility for notifying their guests of these risks. Clients with ANY food allergy or sensitivity order and consume at their own risk.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order request where a disclosed allergy presents a risk that exceeds our facility's capabilities.
